1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between 786wan (hereinafter "786wan", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services offered through the 786wan website located at 786wan.org and any associated mobile platforms or applications.

786wan operates an online casino and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, baseball, and kabaddi — and associated promotional and bonus programmes. These Terms govern all such services collectively.

By clicking "I Agree", by completing the registration process, or by continuing to use the 786wan platform after any published update to these Terms, you unambiguously agree to be bound by this Agreement. This acceptance is a legal and binding act.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

In order to register a 786wan account and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 786wan strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity — acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where 786wan does not hold a valid operating authorisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of a 786wan employee or partner organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

786wan reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation. Approval of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of 786wan's right to subsequently verify eligibility or to close an account found to be in breach of these requirements.

3 Account Management & Security

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 786wan account at any given time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, CNIC number, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying attribute — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786wan account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 786wan will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

• You must notify 786wan immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to use your 786wan account.
• 786wan reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that display unusual access patterns suggestive of shared use, credential compromise, or automated access.
• Account balances, bonuses, and loyalty points are non-transferable between accounts under any circumstances.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

786wan processes all financial transactions on its platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the native account currency. 786wan supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and verification status:

• JazzCash — Deposits and withdrawals; typically processed within minutes.
• EasyPaisa — Deposits and withdrawals; typically processed within minutes.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Bank transfer; processing times up to one business day.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — Bank transfer; processing times up to one business day.
• Meezan Bank — Bank transfer; processing times up to one business day.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and must be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by 786wan's finance team. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by 786wan and communicated on the relevant platform pages. These limits are subject to change at 786wan's discretion.

786wan reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks — including requests for bank statements, source of funds declarations, and enhanced identity verification — on any withdrawal request. Processing of a withdrawal may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Funds found to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal enterprise will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account will be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

786wan offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions offered by 786wan are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus credits are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and bonus expiry periods are all stated in the individual promotion terms and vary between offers.
• 786wan reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour, collusive play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 786wan reserves the right to verify that any player claiming a bonus meets all applicable eligibility criteria before crediting or honouring the promotion.

6 Betting, Gaming Rules & Dispute Resolution

All bets and wagers placed on the 786wan platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, or technical error, 786wan's decision — based on the records held in its servers and, where applicable, the official result published by the relevant governing body — shall be final and binding. 786wan's server logs constitute the authoritative record of all transactions, bets, and game outcomes in the event of any discrepancy with data displayed on a player's device.

• Bets placed after the official start of a sporting event may be voided at 786wan's discretion.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a casino game session, 786wan will endeavour to restore the session to its last known valid state. If restoration is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• 786wan reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error on the platform.
• Disputes must be raised with 786wan customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786wan platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using a 786wan account while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one 786wan account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 786wan platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit games or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing inefficiencies in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour.
• Using the 786wan platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct designed to harm, defraud, or manipulate other players on the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

786wan is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players across Pakistan. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care to our player community seriously. Players are encouraged to make use of the full range of responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 786wan platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the 786wan platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, source code, trademarks, logos, graphics, photography, text, and game mathematics — is the exclusive intellectual property of 786wan or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 786wan platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or creation of derivative works based on any 786wan content or software.

The 786wan name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of any 786wan trademark in connection with any goods, services, or platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786wan, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the 786wan platform or any service offered on it.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of a player's account or data resulting from the player's own failure to maintain account security.
• Any decision made by a player to place a bet or wager, regardless of the outcome of that bet or wager.
• Any failure of internet connectivity, third-party payment processing systems, or telecommunications infrastructure beyond 786wan's reasonable control.
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information that were promptly corrected by 786wan upon discovery.

In all cases, 786wan's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 786wan account in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

786wan collects, processes, stores, and uses player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 786wan Privacy Policy.

786wan collects personal data including identification information, contact details, financial transaction records, device and browser data, and gameplay history for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and personalised service delivery. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the express consent of the player.

12 Amendments to These Terms

786wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notice on the 786wan platform.

Continued use of the 786wan platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786wan holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 786wan's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits 786wan's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction with respect to the enforcement of its intellectual property rights or the prevention of irreparable harm.
